The Board of Directors is comprised of 5 officers, the Executive Committee, and 5 additional at-large members.

The Executive Committee is comprised of the President, Vice President-President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.

The annual meeting is held in January in Madison. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held once a month. Attendance is open to the public.
